Zirk, Jeanous Wyatt

Jeanous Wyatt Zirk, 90, of Blacksburg, died Saturday, December 25, 2010 at Heritage Hall Healthcare. She was born in Princeton, W.Va. on July 2, 1920 to the late Barton and Virginia Wyatt. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph C. Zirk.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Catherine Zirk of Blacksburg; grandchildren, Evelyn Boyle, Jason Zirk and Mariah Zirk Johnson, all of Blacksburg; five great-grandchildren; and special niece, Sandra Palak of Arlington.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary McCoy officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society , 2840 Electric Road, Suite 106A, Roanoke, Va., 24018.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg.
