Herb and I met when we were in high school. He has always been one of my very best friends since. The void he leaves in my heart can never be filled. We had great fun growing up and we designed and built many great things together. He was always my “go to” friend when I ran into a wood working problem. He was simply the best. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family and daughters. I will always remember him as my best friend!

We are so sorry about your loss. Our children were such good friends. I recently came across a snapshot of Bob, “Corky”, and Doug with arms linked consumed with giggles. Sally, our hearts reach out to you and the rest of the family. Doug and his wife live in the log house in Creston. We are in Gainesville, FL near Bob. Let’s get back in touch. Marilyn Hutchinson
