Kathy Diane Young, 60, of Snowville, died Sunday, April 30, 2017 at her home. She was born in Virginia on October 7, 1956 to the late Mason and Mary Louise Janney Cooper. She is survived by her husband, Eugene “Bud” W. Young, of Snowville; a daughter, Lisa Tawney and fiancee, Anthony Stump, of Snowville; a son, Brian Young and fiancee, Mandi Carroll; seven grandchildren, Dakota, Sieria, Jacob, Mia, Mason, Colton, and Chelsea; mother-in-law, Juanita Sage, special sister-in-law, Grace Young, her sisters, Margaret Henley, Fredericksburg, VA, Carolyn Cromer, Sumter, SC. Services will be held privately. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
