James Edward Woods, 79, of Christiansburg, Va., died Tuesday, March 17, 2009. He is survived by his sister, Pearl Stump; and a special niece, Christine Harrell. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2009, at The Wheatland Retirement Home in Christiansburg with Evangelist C.P. Harrell Jr. officiating.
