Woodbury, Kerry Lyn

Kerry Lyn Woodbury, 46, of Narrows, Va., departed this life Friday morning, June 5, 2009, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital after years of illness. Born in Hopewell, Va. on May 14, 1963, she was a daughter of Bonnie Eppling Anderson, of Pearisburg, and the late Alfred K. Anderson Sr. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dolly Williams, Frank and Eloise Anderson.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Walker Heath Woodbury, of Eggleston, Va.; her mother; her brother, Alfred K. (Andy) Anderson, of Pulaski; her sister, Tonya Anderson Vaden (Rodney), of Blacksburg; her nieces and nephews, Samuel and James Vaden, Christopher K., Emma, and Elly Anderson; her grandparents, Frank and Lois Eppling, of Pembroke; and several special and supportive aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Kendall Funeral Home at 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke. The family will receive friends immediately after the service. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.kendallfuneralhome.com.
