Wood, Charles Leon

Charles Leon Wood, 73, of Roanoke, passed away on November 20, 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Gladys Wood; and brother, Fred Wood.

Charles is survived by his son, Steve Wood and wife Janet; daughter, Michelle Fisher and husband Phillip; grandchildren, Amanda Price, Chuck Price, Erika Wood Scruggs and husband Aaron, Jackelyn Wood, Abigail Fisher; brothers, Bill Joe Wood; sisters, Betty Anne, Margie, Dot, and Ruth; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 23, 2016, from 1-2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home, with the Funeral Service to be held directly after in the Chapel. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
