Womack, Sharon Edith

Sharon Edith Womack, 45, of Christiansburg, died Monday, July 25, 2011. She was born in Norfolk, on September 16, 1965, to the late Sherman ad Hazel Ratcliffe Hale. She worked for Precision Fabrics for 17 years, and for the last year she worked for Bright Services. She is survived by her husband, Charles Womack, of Christiansburg; daughters, Danielle Treadway, Ashley and Amber King, all of Radford; three stepchildren, Daniel Womack, Barry King Jr. and Jessica Emerick; six grandchildren; one very special grandson, Deagan Treadway; brother and sister-In-Law, Mike and Joyce Sweeney, of Elliston; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pat and Greg Gunter, of Hardy, Linda and David Atkinson, Shawsville, Tracy and Jeff Loving, Radford, Lisa and Darren McNeil, Elliston; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 29, 2011, at 11 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Carl Basham officiating. Interment will follow in the Atkinson Cemetery, Alleghany Springs. The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
