Winters, Jr., William Daniel

William Daniel Winters, Jr., age 57, of Blacksburg died, Monday, February 15, 2016, at Lewis Gale Hospital-Montgomery. He was born in Christiansburg, Va. on May 25, 1958 to the late William Daniel Winters, Sr. and Nancy Elizabeth Howard Winters.

He is also preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Dale Winters. He is survived by his wife, Joyce G. Winters, daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Matthew Gillispie, grandchildren, Kayleigh and Hannah Gillispie, sisters and brother-in-law, Patricia Nolen, Lisa McKenzie, Becky and Lloyd Hatchell, brother, Mark Winters, mother-in-law, Virginia Graves, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary and Marvin Bugg, Melissa Means, Gretchen Newman, Evelyn Raines, brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe Graves, Dean Graves, Roger Graves, Malcolm and Lisa Graves, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 19, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 pm Thursday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr. SW, Blacksburg.
