Wilson, Lois Akers

Lois Akers Fain Wilson, of Radford, died peacefully on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at Levine and Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, NC. She is survived by daughter Judy Fain Smith of Christiansburg, grandson Christopher Smith of Christiansburg, granddaughter Amanda Smith Spurrier and husband Tom of Mooresville, NC, three great-grandchildren, Caroline, Sarah, and Jack Spurrier of Mooresville, NC, and a sister and brother-in-law Audra Mae and Ira Poage of Roanoke. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pulaski County Animal Shelter, 80 Dublin Park Road, Dublin, VA 24084. The Wilson family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
