He loved watching NASCAR racing and was a dedicated Bill Elliott fan. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Elta Justine Hollins Wilson; one son, Ronnie Wayne Wilson and daughter-in-law, LauRita V. Wilson, of Copper Hill, Va.; two daughters, Lisa Wilson Woodzell, of Hot Springs, Va., Susan Lynn Noblitt and son-in-law, Phil Noblitt, of Black Mountain, N.C.; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters and brothers-in-law, May and Andrew Dunn and Torri and Bruce Mills, all of Elliston, Va.; a sister-in-law, Sandy Maxey; and a brother-in-law, Irvin Mills, both of Elliston, Va. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 30, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 221 E. Main Street, Floyd, Va. Funeral services will be conducted at Wood Funeral Home in Floyd , Va. on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Marty Moyer and Andrew Dunn officiating. Interment will follow at Restvale Cemetery in Copper Hill, Va. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bent Mountain and Back Creek Rescue Squads.
