Willis, Dorothy Compton

Dorothy Compton Willis, 72, of Clover South Carolina passed away March 2, 2017.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her brothers, Jeff and Wayne Compton; Sister, Theda Compton Webster, and Parents, Rufus and Ruby Compton.

She is survived by her husband, Teddie Willis; Daughters, Karen Garnand of Christansburg, VA; and Andie Garnand of Boulder, Colorado. Stepchildren, Teddie Willis, of Clover, SC; Shane Willis and wife Ginger, of Clover, SC. Grandchildren, Eric Dunlap and Taylor Dunlap, of Boulder, CO, Teddie Willis Jr. of Christansburg, VA; Ashley Willis, of Iron Station, NC; and Christopher Willis, of Atlanta, GA. Brothers; K.G Compton, of Christansburg VA. Sisters-in-laws; Joy Compton, Mary Compton, Sydney Compton of Christansburg VA, and Judy and Charles Teague, of Kings Mountain, NC. She had great love for her two poodles, Cricket and Lacy.

Vistaiton will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on, Monday, March 6, 2017 at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Tuseday, March 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at North Fork Baptist Church located at, 905 Lusters Gate RD, Blacksburg, VA 24060; with Pastor Danny Collins officating. Interment to follow after Funeral Service at North Fork Cemetery.
