Vivian Willett Williams, age 84, of Blacksburg, died, Wednesday, July 8, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fay and Bill Hoy; husband, Lawrence G. Williams; and son, Roger T. Williams. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Judy Williams. Services will be held privately.
