Williams, Jeanette Farrier

Jeanette Farrier Williams, 75, of Center Street Pembroke, Virginia, departed this life Tuesday, December 5, 2017 in the comfort and presence of her family. Born in Newport, Virginia, on June 12, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Graham Farrier and Carolyn B Farrier. Jeanette was a Christian and a proud member of Riverview Baptist Church in Ripplemead, Virginia.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Sherman D. Williams; sons John Williams and wife Leia of Pearisburg, VA; Joe Williams and Fiancé Libby Carrico of Pembroke, VA; a daughter Mary Rubas and husband Joe of Newport; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and her sister Nancy E Farrier.

The family will receive friends at Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow Street,Pembroke, Virginia on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8 PM. Funeral Services will follow, Friday, December 8, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Funeral Home with Pastor Shahn Wilburn officiating. Burial will follow at Southside (Mt Lebanon) Cemetery in Pembroke, Virginia. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that contributions be made for funeral expenses in care of Kendall Funeral Home.
