Williams, Hortense Akers

Hortense Akers Williams, 79, of Radford, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2007 in Carilion New River Medical Center.

Surviving are a sister and brother-in-law, Cordelia and James Hickman, Radford; four nieces and six nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 12 noon Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at the New Mount Olive United Methodist Church with the Rev. Barbara Doyle officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12 noon Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at the church.
