Edwin Randall Williams, 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 14, 2022 at home. He was the husband of Nancy Keene Williams. They shared 26 years of marriage together.

Born in Bland, VA on March 14, 1941, he was the son of the late Edward J. Williams and Minnie Wright Williams. He graduated from Rocky Gap High School in 1958. He was employed by Joy Global before co-founding W & B Fabricators in 1988, before retiring in 2003.

Randall was a member of Bastian Union Church. He enjoyed fishing, reading, and spending time with his cherished grandchildren & great grandchildren. He will be remembered for his selfless nature and goodwill.

He is survived by his loving wife Nancy; his children, Jeff Williams (Carla O’Dell) and Sarah Williams (Daniel Mitchell); stepchildren, Angela Hayes (John), Michelle Coppola (Monty), and Brad Adkins (Brittany), daughter-in-law Deborah Williams, sister-in-law Helen Williams, sister-in-law Debbie Uhl and husband Terry, grandchildren Emily (Rob), Erin, Holly (Jake), Josh R., Morgan, Rylee, Brittany, Michael (Samantha), Cole, Branson, Emberlin, Carson, Brooke (Stephen) and Josh B. (Patience) along with 13 great grandchildren and two on the way, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by wife Jane Williams, brother John Williams, son Randy Williams, and parents Edward and Minnie Williams.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, 2508 Walkers Creek Valley Rd, Pearisburg, VA. The service will be officiated by Ted Anders and Barry Busby. The family will receive friends from 4:00 P.M. until the time of the service, 7:00 P.M. Graveside services will be held Friday, August 19, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Shiloh Cemetery, Hollybrook, VA.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be made in his honor to Bastian Union Church building fund. The family is very grateful for all condolences, visitors, and special dishes brought to the home.
