Bobby Ray Williams, age 74, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2019, at the Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Rich Creek, VA. Born July 21, 1944, in Kimballton, VA, he was the son of the late Clarence Patton Williams and Annie Belle Niece Williams.

Bobby was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. He was a former member of the Rich Creek Lions Club, the VFW Post 6000, and the American Legion Post #68 of Narrows. He was retired mechanic for the lime plant. Additionally, he enjoyed working and loved to fish.

Survivors include his loving wife of 19 years, Terry Suttle Williams; two brothers, Billy Williams and wife Dorothy of Big Stony Creek, VA, and Jackie Williams and wife Pam of Little Stony Creek, VA; two sisters, Rita Manning and Danny Terry of Eggleston, VA, and Betty Cumby of Pembroke, VA; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 27, 2019, at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel in Peterstown, WV, with Minister Don Henegar officiating. Burial will follow at the Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Rich Creek, VA. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until time of services of Monday at the funeral home.
