Williams, Bobby Jean

Bobby Jean Williams, 60, of Pearisburg, Va. went to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 13, 2010 at his home in Pearisburg. Mr. Williams was born on July 28, 1949 in Pearisburg and was a son of the late John Campbell Williams, Jr. and Frances Stump Williams. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Drema Don Shadowens. Mr. Williams was a decorated Vietnam Veteran, and a former employee of the Lynchburg Foundry in Radford. He is survived by three sisters, Judy W. Stables and husband, Cecil, of Narrows, Rhonda W. Tomin and fiancé, Tony Grachan, of Lynchburg, Kathy W. Stafford and fiancé, Paul Camper, of Riner; several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 2 p.m. at the Givens Funeral Chapel in Pearisburg with Dr. Fred L. Austin officiating, with burial following in Fairview Cemetery in Narrows.
