Widrig, Daniel Dee

Daniel Dee Widrig, 53, of Blacksburg died, Monday, June 4, 2012, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born in Detroit, Mich. on December 11, 1958.

He is survived by his, daughters and sons-in-law, Sarah and Dale Vaught, of Pembroke, Kiva and Brandon Lankford, of Narrows; sons, Wesley Widrig, of Newport, Grant Widrig, United States Army, Germany; mother, Jan Lafon, of Blacksburg; father, Jerome and Tina Widrig, of Panama City, Fla.; grandchildren, Olivia Vaught and Landon Lankford; sister and brother-in-law, Jerie and Jeff Whitehead, of Nitro, W.Va.; brothers and sisters-in-law, Scott and Annette Widrig, of Pembroke, Jamie Widrig, Blacksburg, Chris and Cathy Widrig, Christiansburg, Ben and Heather Lafon, Blacksburg; special aunt, Nancy Tucker, Clarkston, Mich.; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial services will be held privately.
