Kathy C. Whittaker, 53 of Riner, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014. Kathy always loved unconditionally. She is survived by her husband, William Whittaker; parents, William & Rita Carte; sons, Randy & Marilyn Dickerson, Micheal Sumler & Michelle Smith, Tylor Whittaker; daughters, Katrina Dickerson, Chasity Sumler; grandchildren, Kaitlin Ferguson, Aaron Ferguson, Johnathan Whittaker, Isabella Smith, Kelly Smith; and sister, Sheila Dickerson and husband Roger. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2014 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Warren Bumgarner officiating. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from Noon until 2 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
