White, David R.

David R. White, 56, of Pulaski, died Friday, July 21, 2006 in the Pulaski Community Hospital. He was born to the late Clarence Wesley White, Sr. and Opal Dalton White. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Jean Trail.

David was a 22 year employee of Simpson Construction until his retirement in 2002. A special thank you to Linda White for the friendship and care given to David. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Surviving are two brothers and sisters-in-law, Clarence Wesley White, Jr. and wife Pat, Radford, James S. White, Sr. and wife Linda, Pulaski; brother-in-law, Fred Trail, Lake Whales, Fla.; four nephews, James S. “Butch” White, Jr., Pulaski, David A. “Chuck” White, Pulaski, Ronnie Trail, Lake Whales, Fla., Mark Trail, Pulaski; one niece, Pam Hawkins, Christiansburg; ten great-nieces and nephews; two special friends, Delores White, Pulaski, Tony Duncan, Pulaski. Mr. White will be cremated.

A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from Stevens Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Don Sizemore officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.
