White, Burton L.

Mr. Burton L. White Jr. died peacefully in Friendship Manor on September 25, 2020 in Roanoke VA at the age of 76. Burt was born on May 9, 1944 in North Carolina.

He received his degree from New River College as an electrical technician. He worked the majority of his life and retired from General Electric in Salem, VA. He spent his retirement years enjoying his family and his cats.

Burt is preceded in death by his wife, Carol White; parents, Alyne & Burton L. White, SR.; and son, Leonard R. White. He is survived by his son, Paul White; granddaughter, Seanna White.

Graveside services will be on Tuesday, September 29th at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Christiansburg with Pastor Leon Hickman officiating. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Burt’s life.
