Patricia Yvonne Wheeling, 51, of Shawsville, passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Hicks. Trish is survived by her hubby that loved her with all his heart and soul, Barney Wheeling; mom, Mazie Hicks; sisters and brothers, Janet Nunley (Kevin), Margie High, Robin Trail (Chuck), Rebecca Hicks, Everett Hicks and Daniel Hicks (Christy); step-children, Melissa Wheeling (Tony), Joshua Wheeling (P.J.), Donnie Wheeling (Crystal); three step-granddaughters; two step-grandsons; brother-in-law, Bo Wheeling; sisters-in-law, Katy Ann (Glenn) and Diane Wimmer (Cline); special friends, James Merritt and Ruth Brammer; as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 22, 2016, from 5-8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 23, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Monte Vista Church of the Brethren, Callaway, VA, with Pastor Virgil McHone officiating. Interment will follow in the Monte Vista Church of the Brethren Cemetery.
