Welch, Alma Mabe

Alma Mabe Welch, of Pulaski, died Thursday April 21, 2011 in Highland Ridge Rehabilitation Center. She was the daughter of the late Ocie Parker Mabe and William Mabe. She was a retired order clerk for the former Paul Knitting Mills in Pulaski, and was a member of the Bob White Blvd Church of God. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first and second husbands, S.S. Long, and Paul Haller Welch, two brothers, Miles Garland Mabe, and Lawrence Thornhill Mabe, and a sister, Dorothy M. Roseberry. She is survived by nephews and nieces, Steve and Kathy Roseberry of Denton, MD, Patsy Holt of Clinton, TN, Charles and Shirley Farmer of Chattonooga, TN, Doris Mebane of Dekalb, IL, Larry Moles of Dandridge, TN, Denver, Jack and Brenda Horton of Pulaski, and Mary Joe May of Dandridge, TN, Dan and Wilma Roseberry of Newbern, VA. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday April April 25, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Highland Memory Gardens. There will be no visitation.
