Webb, Mary Frances

Mary Frances Webb, age 86 of Draper, died Sunday, December 17, 2017 at Lewis Gale Hospital – Pulaski. She was born on July 7, 1931 in Delton, VA and was the daughter of the late Nellie Barnes Bell and Thomas Warren Bell. She was a member of the Delton Church of God of Prophecy, and was a retired budget analyst for the United States Government. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Jack, Fred and Thomas (Junior), and a sister Gladys Kellam. She is survived by her husband, Moyier Bruce Webb of Draper: Neices; Margaret Gale Adams, Becky Roberts and Joyce Bell: Nephew; Freddie Bell: cousins; Denny Barnes and Tommy Barnes: and lifetime special friend; Elizabeth Livsay. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home with Pastor Tommy Barnes officiating. Interment will follow in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the funeral home from 12 Noon until 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Delton Church of God of Prophecy 4570 Boyd Road Draper, Virginia 24324.
