Walters, Joey Alan

Our precious Joey departed this life Sunday, November 15, 2009, at his home in Elliston, Va., which he dearly loved. He has gone to Heaven to be with Jesus where he will be seizure free forevermore.

Joey was 17 years old and a senior at Eastern Montgomery High School. He will be sadly missed by his parents and his extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lynwood Trump. Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Greg and Revonda Walters; sister, Kim Walters; grandparents, Jean Trump, and Glenn and Nancy Walters; aunts and uncles, Jeff and Tammy Walters, Jennifer and Greg Ergenbright, Donald and Gwen Trump, and, Mark and Judy Trump; many cousins; and very special friends, Herbert Mills and Sandra Bland. A funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at 1 p.m. at North Fork Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Johnston and Pastor Bill Smith officiating. Interment will follow in North Fork Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 17, 2009, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home.
