Walters, Glenn D.

Glenn D. Walters, 74, of Ironto, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 19, 2013.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 54 years, Nancy Raines Walters; his children, Jeff Walters (Tammy), Greg Walters (Revonda), all of Ironto, Jennifer Walters Ergenbright (Greg) of Montgomery, Ala.; his grandchildren, Dillon Walters, Kimberly Walters Wasil (Eric), and Derek, Anna Leigh and Hayden Ergenbright, (and the late Bobbie Leigh); his sisters, Eva Ashworth and Nancy Cotton; and brother, Harold Walters, of Christiansburg. Glenn will be reunited in heaven with his grandson, Joey Walters.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home on Monday, January 21, 2013. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at 11 a.m. at North Fork Baptist Church in Ellett, with the Rev. Bill Smith officiating. Interment will follow in North Fork Cemetery.
