WALL, Naomi B. Lucado

Our precious Mama, Naomi B. Lucado Wall was gently and tenderly carried by the angels to her Heavenly Home on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2006. Jesus in his love and mercy took her out of her suffering to be with him.

She was born on Oct. 25, 1917 in Giles County, Va. and was the daughter of the late William and Frances Fain Lucado. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Samuel A. Wall, three sisters, Ruby Thornhill, Daisy Dize and Pansy Burk and one brother, Randolph “Bud” Lucado.

Left to cherish her memory are: two daughters and sons-in-law, Patty Sue Wall Haight and Rev. Terry L. Haight, Ruby Jane Wall Hare and Rev. Paul K. Hare; grandchildren, Rev. Terry J. Haight, Katrina Haight, Samuel Haight, Michael Haight, Steven Haight, Angela Hare; great-grandchildren, Sarah, Emily and Maxwell Haight, Clayton, Nathan, Christina and Katherine Haight; three sisters, Elizabeth Persky, Margie Radford, Dorothy Cameau; one brother, Eugene Lucado.

Mrs. Wall was a member of over 50 years at the Bob White Blvd. Church of God in Pulaski. She worked at Coleman Furniture Corp. and also did home health care work. She was a wonderful mother and she will be greatly missed and her memory cherished by her two daughters and her family.

Funeral service will be held Friday at 7 p.m. from Stevens Funeral Chapel with Rev. Paul Hare and Rev. Terry J. Haight officiating. A graveside service will be Saturday at 10 a.m. from Dublin Cemetery. Visiting will be Friday from the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until the service hours.
