Walker, Nancy Belcher

Nancy Belcher Walker passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 28, 2013, at Heritage Hall Nursing Center, Blacksburg. She was born on April 28, 1928, in Christiansburg, to James and Mary Belcher. Nancy was predeceased by youngest son Tony; sisters, Evelyn Miles and Estelle Castor. Surviving are daughter, Sharon Davidson Thompson, of Frederick, Md.; son, Mike Walker, of Sun City, Ariz.; two grandsons, Lorne Davidson, of Myersville, Md. and Lyle Davidson, of Leesburg; and four great-grandchildren, Lauren, Joshua, Emma and Ford Davidson; and brother, James Belcher and wife, Mary, of Frederick, Md. The funeral service will be held at the Cambria Baptist Church, Christiansburg at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2013, and the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
