Vest, Eloise Perdue

Mary Eloise Perdue Vest, 90, of Copper Hill, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2013. She was a longtime member of the Copper Hill United Methodist Church since March 5, 1972, being baptized June 25, 1972. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cromer and Nancy Perdue; her husband, Otis Vest; brothers, Lewis Perdue, Harry Perdue, and Carl Perdue. She is survived by her sisters-in-law, Edna Perdue, Christine Vest, and Virginia Crouch; nieces and nephews, Julian and Sharon Perdue, Brenda and Terry Young, Loretta and Scott Sensabaugh, Sandra Perdue, Wesley and Dinah Perdue, Nancy and Larry McCormick and Bobby and Aimee Perdue; and many other nieces and nephews from her husband Otis Vest’s side of the family; numerous great and great-great-nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Mary Poff. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 30, 2013, at Maberry Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, October 31, 2013, at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Darren Landon officiating. Interment will follow at the Wilson Cemetery.
