Vaughn, Gene Alton

Gene Alton Vaughn, 71, of Willis, Va., passed away on Wednesday, January 7, 2009. He was preceded in death by his father, Garver Vaughn; and brother, Earl Vaughn. Survivors include his wife, Linda Vaughn; son and daughter-in-law, Bradley and Pat Vaughn; granddaughter, Kyra Vaughn; stepchildren, Linda Jo Boblitz, Danny Witt, Don Witt, Dean Witt, and Pete Witt; mother, Minnie Vaughn; brother, David Vaughn; and sister, Jo Ann Wright. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 10, 2009, at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at the Vaughn-Hylton Cemetery.
