Eula Rigney Vaughan, 91, of Pulaski, died Monday morning, March 26, 2007 in the Pulaski Health and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born June 23, 1915 in Delton and was the daughter of the late Matilda Chrisley Rigney and Albert G. Rigney. Mrs. Vaughan was a long-time member of the First Pentecostal Holiness Church, where she was a long-time member of the choir, was a visitation minister, and was a past leader of the Ladies Auxiliary.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Clifford Vaughan; a son, Bobby Dean Vaughan; sisters, Myrtle Elizabeth Rigney Morris, and Stella Mae Rigney Lucas; brothers, Lloyd Monroe Rigney, William Lewis Rigney, Emory Lee Rigney and Raymond Ray Rigney.

She is survived by one son, Rev. Ronald David Vaughan and his wife Mary of Taylor Michigan; a special daughter, Doris Lee Rigney Padgett of Jacksonville, N.C.; one brother, Albert Eules Rigney and his wife Hazel of Pulaski; and one sister, Elsie Rigney Morgan of Westminister, California. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 28, 2007 at 11 a.m. at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church “Family Worship Center” with the Rev. Dr. C.R. Conner and the Rev. Randle V. Cregger officiating. Interment will follow in the Newbern Cemetery.

Visiting will be anytime Tuesday after 4 p.m. at Thomas M. Seagle & Sons where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Flowers will be appreciated, but for those who wish, they may make memorial contributions to the Pentecostal Holiness Mission Fund, P.O.
