Vaughan, Anthony Walter

Anthony Walter (Tony) Vaughan, 34, of Elliston, passed away Monday, March 26, 2007. Tony was an employee of Wal-Mart working as a customer service manager and a department manager.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother and stepfather, Lawrence and Leathie Hall of Salem; father and stepmother, Walter and Sylvia Vaughan of Christiansburg; sister and brother-in-law, Erica and Jason Meredith of Elliston; stepbrothers, Carl (Bubbie) Hall of Elliston, Argle Hall of Christiansburg; special friend, John Teass of Elliston; nephews, Chance Hall, Seth Hall, Conner Meredith; niece, Heather Light; special aunts, Jennie Barker, Nancy Akers; special cousin, Paulette Akers.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2007 at the Horne Funeral Home in Christiansburg. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, March 30, 2007 at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
