Vance, Barbara Duncan

Barbara Duncan Vance, 75, of Floyd, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2008.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred W. and Lillie Weeks Duncan, and brother, Willard (Bill) Duncan. Survivors include her husband, William Anderson Vance of Floyd; sons and daughters-in-law, William W. and Claudine Vance Junior and Wanda Vance all of Floyd; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Elizabeth Betty (Liz) Ricardo Michigan.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday March 11, 2008 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with the Rev. Murray Agee, Pastor Lee Shelton and Pastor Robert Hall officiating. Interment will follow at Topeco Cemetery. Friends may call after 12 noon Monday at Maberry Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
