Douglas Eric Underwood, 52, formerly of Shawsville, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, October 5, 2014 in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his father, Tom; and his sister, Missy.

Surviving are his mother, Jane Rakes; sister, Robin; brothers, George, Tommy, and Jeff; daughter, Christeena Allen; longtime companion, Kim Holt; and special friend Mari Hall.
