Umberger, Dicie Combs

Dicie Combs Umberger, 92 of Pulaski, died Thursday, May 1, 2014, in Commonwealth Assisted Living in Fairlawn. She was born on November 11, 1921, and was the daughter of the late Allie Mae Sadler Combs and Foy Combs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Curtis Umberger, who died in 1996, her brothers Robert and Foy, Jr., sisters Dorothy, Evelyn, Polly, and Mary. She is survived by a brother, Joe Combs and his wife Laura of Crosslanes, West Virginia, along with many nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, May 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Thornspring Cemetery with the Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home.
