Turman, Lydia Howell

Lydia Howell Turman, 82, of Willis, went to be with the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Friday November 9, 2007.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Ravin Turman. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Kenneth Huff, Diane and Charlie Stultz, Jean and Paul Edwards, Carolyn and Richard Thomas; sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and Edna Turman, William and Ann Turman; 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, November 12, 2007 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd, with the Rev. Richard W. Thomas and the Rev. Marvin Wade officiating. Interment will follow at the Turman Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Maberry Funeral Home.
