Trail, Ibra Lee

Ibra Lee Trail, 80 of Bassett, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2014 at Franklin Health & Rehab. She was born in Floyd on March 15, 1933 to Andrew Jackson Thomas & Kitty Pearl Thomas. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Cluber Tyler Trail; three sisters, Virginia Underwood, Gay Epperly, Betty Mabe; 3 brothers, Andrew Thomas, Jim Thomas, Cecil Hylton; and son-in-law, Sherwood Carroll. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church of Bassett. She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Carroll of Bassett; granddaughter, Hollie Martin & husband Mike of Stuart; grandsons, Brandon Carroll & wife Cheryl of Collinsville, Jesse Carroll & Nikki of Bassett; 2 great-granddaughters, Lacey Carroll of Ridgeway, Sophia Martin of Stuart; and sister-in-law, Ila Thomas Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. David Towler officiating. Interment will follow in the Jacksonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the funeral home prior to the funeral.
