Tickle, Lois Runion

Lois Runion Tickle, 80, of 5018 Alum Spring Road, Pulaski, died Friday night, March 13, 2009, in the Pulaski Community Hospital. She was born in Pulaski on November 16, 1928, and was the daughter of the late Anthony Runion and Elsie Hufford Runion. She was a member of the Thornspring United Methodist Church, Pulaski County.

Surviving are her husband, Ralph Edward Tickle, Pulaski; daughter, Carol Tickle Walters and husband, Steve, Pulaski; son, Dennis E. Tickle, Pulaski; sister, Mary Ellen Garig, Oregon; grandchildren, Traci Walters, Pulaski, and Kelli Walters, Durham, N.C.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Thornspring United Methodist Church, Pulaski County with the Rev. Steve McMurray officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visiting will be Monday evening from Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
