John Robert McKinley Thompson, Jr., 54, of Radford, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2011.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny Lee and Pam Thompson of Radford and Christopher Michael and Amanda Thompson of New River; four grandchildren Carolanna Grace, Tucker Ryan, Jackson Wayne and Laken Grace Thompson; brother Harold Thompson of Roanoke: and two brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Robert Louis and Ruth Ann Bogie of Linden and Thomas William and Tracy Bogie of Alexandria.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
