Thomas, Donette Gray

Donette Gray Thomas, 44, of Christiansburg, Va., was called to be the Lord’s sweet angel, on Sunday, March 8, 2009, at Montgomery Regional Hospital.

She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Jon Thomas; beloved dog, Brook; father, Donald Gray; brother, Wayne Gray and wife, Linda Gray; sister, Monica Hale-Robinett and husband, Raymond; brother, Norman Gray and wife, Susan; brother, Duane Gray; nieces, Meagan Gray, Courtney Gray, Sarah Gray, Heather Peoples and husband, Rodney and son, Channing, and Brandy Gray; and nephews, Sean Gray, Travis Gray, Connor Gray, Aaron Hale and wife, Kelly, and son, Austin.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday evening, March 11, 2009, at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2009, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Dr. David A. Goodpasture. Interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
