Terry, Pauletta Linkous

Pauletta Sue Linkous Terry, 66, of Christiansburg was called home to be with the Lord August 23, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. Pauletta was born February 20, 1947 in Christiansburg, VA, the second of six daughters born to the late Frank B. and Lenora Wood Linkous. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Ray Terry, and sister, Linda Lou Linkous. Surviving her are sons, Freddy Lee Caldwell and wife, Tina of Christiansburg, Jimmy Wayne Caldwell and wife, Donna of Riner, Timmy Wayne Terry of Christiansburg; daughter, Karen Sue Nichols of Christiansburg; sisters, Irma Jean Edwards, Joyce Rorrer and husband, Daniel, Brenda Howell and husband, Donald, Lisa Huff and husband Roger; grandchildren, Brandy Caldwell, Jessica Caldwell, Kandice Barnett, Roxanne Kelly, Tonya Campbell, Dustin Bailey; great-grandchildren, Cody, Sarah, Landon, Serenity, Kasidy, Cameron, Dakota, Bristol and Mckenzie as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. She was a wonderful, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Pauletta was employed by United Pet Group of Daleville and Blacksburg for 19 years where her coworkers became like an extended family to her. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmie Lee Price officiating. Interment will follow in the Linkous Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, Sw, Blacksburg.
