Patricia Morgan Taylor (Jackie) of Stage Road, Concord, Va., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 7, 2006.

Jackie was born in Pembroke August 24, 1939, a daughter of the late Lynn and Nancy (Dump) Jones. She was retired from Intermet Archer Creek Foundry and was a Charter member of Glory Baptist Church, Appomattox. Jackie was a devoted mother and grandmother.

Jackie is survived by three children, a daughter, Jetta Morgan and her partner Sherri Andrews of Hurt; two sons, Harvey G. (Sam) Morgan, Jr. and his wife Stefanie, Harvey G. (Blu) Morgan III and his wife Shelley, both of Concord; four grandchildren, Jared, Zack, Will and Lilly Morgan; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Jody and Norma Jean Jones of Wagrum, N.C., Rudy and Juanita Jones of Pearisburg, Tony and Kathy Jones of Radford; five sisters and brother-in-laws, Joyce and Tinker Walters of Wytheville, Jane Epperly of Pembroke, Judy and Harold Wheeler, Cindy and Eddie Fleshman, both of Narrows, and Lynne and Henry Rice of Salem; and a very special lifelong friend, Shirley Mahaffey Keane of Fairfield, Pa.; a sister-in-law, Betty Jo Jones of Pembroke and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy and Terry Jones.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, November 10, 2006 at Robinson Funeral Home by her pastor the Rev. Jeff Worley. Burial will follow at 3 p.m. in the Albert Family Cemetery, Pembroke, Va. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 7 to 8:30 p.m. tonight and at other times at the home of Sam and Stef Morgan, 8458 Spring Mill Rd., Concord, Va.
