Talton, Jo’Nell Lytton
Jo’Nell Lytton Talton, 86, of Radford, passed away peacefully at her son’s home in Manakin Sabot on August 9, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Corbett Talton, parents, Thomas and Minnie Lytton, brother, Omar Lytton, sisters and brothers-in law Kathleen Wyatt (Clifford) and Margaret Hughes (Palmer).
Jo is survived by her children Dr. John Corbett Talton II and wife, Dr. Ally Talton, of Manakin-Sabot, and Dr. Sarah Talton Campbell, and husband, Mac Campbell, of Clifton Forge; her grandchildren, Emily Campbell Muterspaugh and husband, Ryan, of Clifton Forge, Catherine Campbell Williamson and husband, Ben, of Norfolk, John Chappell Campbell, of Covington, Matthew Bryce Weaver, Harrison Lee Talton, Sydney Ladd Renkenberger, Callie Bowen Talton, and John Corbett Talton III, all of Manakin-Sabot; and her great-grandchildren, Kylie Grace Muterspaugh and Caleb Ryan Muterspaugh, of Clifton Forge, and Lucas Corbett Williamson, of Norfolk. Jo is also survived by nephews and nieces, Jon T. Wyatt and wife, Mary, of Radford, Phillip Hughes, of Park City, Utah, and Anne Booth and husband, Al, of Charlottesville. Other survivors include brothers-in-law, Douglas H. Talton and wife, Marie, Bobby O. Talton and wife, Bettie, and Thelma T. Jarvis, all of North Carolina. In addition to her family, Jo is also survived by her dear friend, Mary Savage, of Radford, and all her loving neighbors.
She was a 50 year member of the First Baptist Church in Radford.
