Talbert, Jr., Lacy Edward

Lacy Edward Talbert, Jr., 54 of Pembroke, Virginia departed this life October 17, 2023 at his home. Born May 9, 1969 he was a son of the late Lacy “Buck” Talbert and Hilda Lilly Talbert.

Lacy enjoyed mechanical work, especially on lawn mowers and small engines; and a handyman service.

In addition to his parents, Lacy is preceded in death by his half-brothers, Allen Dalton and Billy Talbert.

Left to cherish his memory are his brother, Lawrence Talbert (Teri Davis) of Radford, VA; sister, Katherine Midkiff (Wayne Lucas) of Pearisburg; half-sisters, Frances Friend, and Beverly Darlene Green; a special friend, Charlie Clark; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life conducted on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Pembroke Evangelistic Holiness Church with Pastor Merrill Hedrick officiating.
