Swecker, Barbara Clark

Barbara Clark Swecker, age 73 of Pulaski passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born April 29, 1949 in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Dock Washington Clark & Clyde Thersa Eller Clark. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Roger Clark & wife, Peggy.

Barbara retired from Verizon with 22 years of service.

She is survived by her

Husband of 52 years – Muncy Ray Swecker – Pulaski

Sons – Timothy Ray Swecker – Roanoke, Jeremy Lee (Shana) Swecker – Dublin

Grandchildren – Devon Boysaw, Gunnar Swecker and Kaedan Swecker

Sisters – Carol King – Dublin, Dorothy (Sheffy) Waller – Pulaski

Sisters-in-law – Julia (Tony) Semones, Mildred Mitchem

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Thursday, February 9, 2023 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Dr. C.R. Connor officiating. Interment will follow at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin.
