Sutphin, Earl Edward

Earl Edward (Ross) Sutphin, 76, of Willis, died Friday March 3, 2006 as a result of an auto accident.

He is survived by his wife, Cora Lee Sutphin, Willis, Va.; daughter and son-in-law, Pauline and Virgil Hall, Fancy Gap, Va.; grandson and wife, Roland and Gina Hall, Vesta, Va.; sisters, Custis Clifton, Reidsville, N.C., Lila Cruise, Vista, Va., Eva Sowers, Roanoke, Va. and Frances Thompson, Willis, Va.; brothers, Brown Sutphin, Garvin Sutphin, and Wendell Sutphin, all of Willis, Va.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2006 at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd. Interment to follow in the Harris Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 6, 2006 at Maberry Funeral Home.
