Stuart, William Linwood

William Linwood “Bill” Stuart, 68, of Floyd, Va., and Pamplin, Va., passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2011. He is survived by four children, Russell Stuart and Margo Stuart, both of Roanoke, Va., Dawn Stuart of Woodbridge, Va., and Serena (Kent) Reed, of Indianhead, Md.; 10 grandchildren; brothers, Donald Stuart, of Roanoke, Va., and Larry Stuart, of Check, Va.; sister, Helen Price, of St. Charles, S.C.; and his faithful friend, Sparx. He was retired from the City of Roanoke with over 25 years service as street manager. Services will be private for the family.
