Stover, Frankie Viola

ankie Viola Stover, 71, of Elliston, Va., passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2010. Frankie was born on July 13, 1938, in Patrick County, Va., to the late Bryant William and Winnie Laura Craig Clark. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Cecil, Tom, and Earl Clark; and sister, Ila Mae Clark. She was a wonderful mom and grandmother, and is survived by, daughter, Gail M. Atwood and husband, Timothy “Tim” W.; son, C.J. McAlexander and wife, Ann L. Peters; grandchildren, T. Ethan Atwood, Zachary D. Atwood, Josh A. McAlexander, and Shannon M. McAlexander; brother, Craig Clark; sisters, Ann Stone, Nancy Spence, Arlene Hylton, and Carol McAlexander; and very, very close friends of the family, John and Lula Collins. A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. on Monday, February 8, 2010, from the graveside in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens, Cloverdale, Va.
