Stephens, Geraldine L.

Geraldine L. Stephens, 69, of Christiansburg, Va., passed away Saturday, March 6, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lela Gilmore Long; and sister, Daffodil Buckner. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Billie Stephens; sister and brother-in-law, Betty Jo and Davis Lester Jr.; brother, Marvin Long; grandchildren, Haley Stephens and Cooper Stephens; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, March 8, 2010, at DeVilbiss Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at DeVilbiss Funeral Home with the Reverend Terry Woodard officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Cemetery in Radford, Va. DeVilbiss Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
