Stanley, Sandra Helen
Sandra Helen Stanley, 38, of Croft Road, Pembroke, departed this life Thursday morning, June 25, 2015 at Carilion Giles Community Hospital in Pearisburg. Born in Blacksburg on February 9, 1977, she was a daughter of Safford and Helen Combs Stanley of Pembroke.
She was preceded in death by her brother Walter Stanley, and her grandparents James and Leona Combs and Nellie Stanley.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents; her beloved daughter, Karissa Faith Robbins, of the home; her brother, Amos Lee Stanley and Barbara, of Pembroke; her “baby sister,” Raleigh A Dunford, of the home; and a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in the Kendall Funeral Home, 605 Snidow St., Pembroke with burial following in Newport Cemetery at Newport. The family will receive friends Sunday at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Online condolences may be sent by visiting kendallfuneralhome.com.
